  • How to Make Delicious Farali Pattice | Perfect Fasting Recipe

Whether you're observing Navratri, Ekadashi, or any other fast, this traditional recipe is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Farali Pattice is a popular Indian fasting recipe that combines the goodness of potatoes and a flavorful stuffing made with groundnuts, coconut, and spices. Follow along for a step-by-step guide to making this delightful dish.
    Farali patties ingredients.
    Ingredints for stuffing.
    ½ cup green coconut.
    1/3 cup peanuts.
    ½ tbsp. jeera.
    4 to 5 curry leaves.
    1 tbsp. green chilli & ginger paste.
    As per taste salt(farali).
    As per taste sugar.
    As per taste lemon juice.(3 drop).
    Coriander leaves.
    Ingredints for potato.
    3 big boil potato.
    1 tbsp. ararot.
    ½ tbsp.rock salt.
    Ingredients for curd tadka.
    Dahi(curd).
    As per taste rock salt.
    1 tbsp. sugar.
    1 tbsp.jeera.
    1 spicy green chilli.
    Oil for fry.
    1 bowl ararot.
    Process :-
    Take A Grated Machine Add 1/2 Green Coconut Grated.
    Grated Coconut Is a Ready.
    Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1/3Cup Raw Peanuts.
    Keep Stirring Until Colour Change.
    Cooldown 10 Min. After 10 Min. Peel The Peanuts.
    Take A Mixer Jar. Add Roasted Peanuts & Crush The Peanuts.
    Peanuts Powder Is A Ready.
    start a flame & take a pan add 1 big tbsp. ghee.
    Once ghee is melt, Add 1/2 Tbsp. Jeera & 4 To 5 Curry Leaves.
    Add Peanuts Powder & Keep Stirring for 2 Min.
    After 2 Min. Add 1 Tbsp. Green Chilli & Ginger Paste, keep stirring 1 min.
    Add Grated Green Coconut & Keep Stirring 2 Min.
    After 2 Min. add as per taste sugar & farali salt.
    Add Lemon Juice & Mix Well for 1 Min. After 1 Min. Flame Off.
    Once Stuffing Is A Ready. Cool it Down.
    Take A 3 Big Cook Potatoes. Peel Potatoes & grate potatos.
    Add 1 Tbsp. Ararot.
    Add 1/2 Tbsp. Farali Salt(Rock Salt).
    Mix Well All Ingredients.
    After Cooldown Add Coriander Leaves. & mix well.
    Make A Small Ball.
    Rub The Ghee On Palm.
    Take A Potato Mixture & Flatten It On Your Hand Like This.
    Add The Ball With The Filling In It.
    With Both Your Hands, Apply Firm Pressure & Rotate It,
    You Have To Make A Nice Smooth, Round Patties.
    Take Ararot In Bowl.
    We Have To Lightly Coat it With Ararot Powder.
    Take A Potato Mixture & Add Green Coconut Stuffing.
    Mix Well All Ingredients.
    Rub The Ghee On Palm.
    Take A Potato & Green Coconut Mixture On Your Hand,
    Make A Small Ball.
    Take Ararot & We Have to Lightly Coat The Patties.
    Raw Patties Is Ready.
    Start Flame & Take A Fry Pan Add Oil , once Oil Is Heat
    Add Patties In Fry.
    Fry in Slow To Medium Flame.
    Fry Until Light Golden Brown in Colour.
    Take A 1 Bowl Curd(Dahi), Add As Per Taste Rock Salt,
    & 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar.
    Mix Well All Ingredients.
    Take A Tadka Pan & Add 1Tbsp. Oil.
    Once Oil Is Hot, Add 1 Tbsp. Jeera & Chopped Spicy Green Chilli.
    Add Tadka In Curd.
    Your Farali Patties Is A Ready. !! Enjoy !!
