3:56 so they did the exact same thing on how they solve the manufacturing industry. the so called specialized companies.
you see the problem with corporation back in Amarica and Japan in 80's is that they are generalist.
in order for you to manufacture a refrigerator, the company need to know everything and own a lot of machinery to do the molding, refrigerants, compressor, condenser , evaporator etc etc etc. and if your sales is bad, you go bankrupt and everyone loses their jobs.
China solve this by making what they call it specialized companies. instead of you owning everything, every process is done by separate companies. a company who specialize only on one thing and one thing only. and these companies works for several companies of different brand of refrigerators.
so even if the refrigerator company go bankrupt. it will only lose the jobs of that company alone. coz the specialize companies will continue doing business from different client of different brands all at the same time.
This is one reason why when a smartphone started making front facing pinhole design everyone follows, coz they all share the same specialize companies who build the same exact thing.
