Last time I saw them was the only time I ever saw them live.. hoobastank had them opening in Chicago HOB, I went early & these guys blew my mind. Wish could see them at FF.. enjoy that! Probably the last time they will ever play 🤘🏼
Where's furnace fest at? I'm trying to get Matt from spoken to get something with blindside going in the east Coast of the u.s because both him and I are huge blindside fans and it's (no pun intended) pitiful that they haven't been in the east Coast is some time. Especially with how legendary they are specifically in the Christian metal scene.
I was doing a little reminiscing tonight and I came across this video. I was at this concert - I was 16yrs old. I am stage right, right in the corner of the T-shaped catwalk. I wore the same red bandana around my wrist each year at C-stone. You can see my hand with the red bandana reach up to Christian and touch his leg at 18:18.
I went to *this* one in 03. Held a couple different jobs to save up to not only _fly_ there with my uncle and gf, but also enough for a room for two nights and the tickets. Money was kinda easy to come by back then. (Compared to now) It was fn *awesome* and my cheapo camera died as we were waiting in line. 😂
Also, the DVD was released on my birthday! Summer kid here. I remember fighting my brother because he tried to take my DVD away and - yeah that couldn't happen.
Ah, yes, the band behind my breakup to my finance. She said they were an overrated one hit wonder and we got *INTO* it. Got so bad I told her go back where she came from. 😂 I didn't need that negative bs in my life. BLINDSIDE FOREVER, BROS 🖤
Oddly enough, my now wife and I got in an argument in circa 2000 about them as well. She said screaming wasn’t music or art. I disagreed and played her some of their songs. I haven’t forgotten that.
Opposite story here. I knew my husband was the one when I found out he was a Malibu boat guy and he listened to Blindside. We've been together for 11 years, married for 6 😂
So excited to see them again at furnace fest 2024, I haven’t seen them since purple door back in the early 2000s

Hurts my heart that this is 20 years ago.. I’m so old.
yeah, life is cruel.
One of the best live shows I’ve been to, I miss them
Them performing sleepwalking here is such a legendary thing to watch
Saw them at furnace fest 2024 for the 4th time.
I'm so glad this time capsule of a video exists on the Internet. ❤
Been a fan since probably 2005, but saw them for the first time at Furnace Fest 2024. What an incredible experience!
I was here 😢

this is awesome. im 13 and my dad introduced me to this band and its so cool seeing people who saw them in their prime
@@TimingSmile Very cool! Glad to know people are still discovering them.
Saw them at Northern Lights... they opened for someone but everyone left after they finished their set.... blew the roof off..
I saw them in a tiny room in Sacramento in July 2005. The AC died and it was insanity inside but they were amazing.

Uma das bandas da minha adolescência, junto com Emery, Switchfoot, Relient K, Thousand Foot Krutch, P.O.D, Skillet...etc. ♥
It’s crazy that there’s a human that sings like this.

You should get back with her and dump her again.
