Fantastic quick walk through Jef! Love your vids! Just got the email on the Bouquet, and I'm like oh no, I was gonna go on a plug-in diet! But this one is right in my wheelhouse, I'm obsessed now with R&B and Neo soul keys and chords. Afraid with the sale on Bouquet I'm gonna HAVE to have it!
You are also seriously tempting me to grab that $500 Maschine as well - heard those pads are fantastic. Let's forget I already have 2 Novations, & took a big loss on a huge MPC system I hated the pads on, lol! And took a another big loss last summer - bought the Native S61 MK2, but 3 months later had to have the MK3 version with the great screens and polyphonic aftertouch! Keep it up Jef!

This is the best one in a while...even if only for the chill acoustic drums. They sound like they can be used for a lot more than R&B. Even songwriter stuff (wich is where my main recording focus is at the moment, allong with rock. Of course i still lay down a hip hop beat or 3 between songs lol). And the organs and especially the pads in the play instrument are really good. Those pads sound more usefull than pads typically are for me.

Seems like "romantic" was the theme for these. Fun! I was kinda let down my dirft theory and homage, seemed like it didnt have anything i didnt already have fron sway, hazy days, faded reels, lofi glow
That's a good description! Yeah, you might have a lot of this kind of content already. I find I can love the loops/patches on an expansion, then come back for something specific later on and find nothing... or vice versa. The key is remembering where to go when you're looking at a later date, and I have way too much in the libraries to remember now! I do go reference my own videos often though ;)
Hey there Jeff! Was the Maschine software updated for 4k tvs? Or did you changed something on the tv or software settings?
I kinda abandoned Maschine since I got my 4k tv for the Mac Studio,it was super pixelated no matter what settings I tried..

Hey Jef! I just got a Maschine recently and your videos are a godsend. Did you hear that Maschine 3.0 is coming out sometime this year? It would be awesome if we could get a video from you where you discuss features you'd like to see in the new software.
I didn’t hear that, but I’d be ecstatic if it is! You know I’ll be on the front lines of that one… my favorite way to make music!

Hello Jeff! I'm interested in XDJ-XZ for Ðee Jayiń creating a Mixtape
and production on the go. My question is, should I purchase the DJS-1000 for XDJ-XZ so I don’t need a PC and can use NI software/instruments on the DJS-1000? Will Maschine Plus sync with XDJ-XZ as a standalone?
I recently had to redownload my NI library because of how the file browser works, on ssd i had to load everything into one folder and i stopped having problems.

Sadly this is a re-creation of one of my fave shirts ever... they made these shirts probably 15 years ago, I got one when I used to demo NI stuff in music stores pre-youtube!!
