Bukhara Jews probably have admixture from more than one Iranic people.
East Iranic DNA is different from West Iranic.
The former has way more steppe and South Asian admixture.
The latter has way more Mesopotamian admixture.
Mesopotamian + minor Tajik-like admixture will get you a Kurdish-like and Bukharan Jewish-like result.

This result cannot be universally applied to all Bukharian Jewish population! Because predominant west asian ratio shows that
1) this person's ancestors moved to Bukhara in the 17-18th centuries
2) Core nucleus of Bukharian Jewish people had been living in Central Asia fro more than 3000 years

Or maybe our ancestors didn't mix much with native Central Asians? you can search online for multiple results of Bukharian Jews from 23andme or AncestryDNA and all show majority West Asian/Middle Eastern with very little to no Central Asian. And even on youtube there are other Bukharians who shared their myheritage results and did not score much Central Asia.

How do we know what stands for "Central Asian" DNA? All contemporary dominant groups in Central Asia are actually the results of migration from Inner Asia. Thus, Uzbek or Kazakh DNA fails to be an example of Central Asia since they arrived Central Asia just a millennium ago. But Jewish population had been settled in Central Asia long before the arrival of current dominant groups in the region.
Based on Persian roots, categorizing the result into West Asia is not accurate either, because actually Persians had arrived into iranian plateau from Central Asia in IX-VIII centuries BC.
