100 lives challenge

Rules:
I have 100 lives to try and beat a 2 star easy to a 10 star demon. Every time I die I lose a life. Practice mode attempts are INCLUDED. If I beat the easy demon I move on to a medium demon. If I get a coin in the level I get one life back for each coin I get.
