Horror can’t die due to his eye being safely kept in the core, likely a bit smarter than Classic Sans due to their stories being the same until Frisk comes and that he helped rebuild the core, more experienced than Classic due to the 7 year jump, physical strength is much more than classic, may or may not have gaster blasters but has a even stronger KR, has inverted gravity which lets him control bones(used it on guards to instantly kill them), and it was said that Undyne raided Snowdin and Horror defended against Undyne and her army. I’m comparing Classic because everyone knows Classic’s abilities and story.

I JUST REALIZED WHY HORROR WENT FOR FRISK, in his au it is cannon that one of the causes was frisk leaving the underground after a neutral run (only killing asgore)
I gotta be honest.. This is great! Like this channel is becoming one of my favorites for Undertale reactions each one is just SO GOOD. Just to say horror did not get hit by undyne spear but she used a extractor gadget to take out his eyeball to fix the core but sans survived and got his red eye from a royal guard.
