Yvette is just an amazing guitarist. She deserve more recognition by the big crowd.
At first I thought 40 minutes was a long video but by the end I needed more.
Yvette has such an enthusiasm for life and art. Love it.
Yvette is such a brilliant player. And what always stands out is how "lost" she gets in her music. Like shes really channeling something. And the smile on her face just communicates a sort of joy thats palpable in her playing
Yvette is such a great player and personality. You guys should bring Emily Harpist in for some cool harp and pedal sounds.
I’ve never seen them both together. 🤔
@@michaeljohnson8058in the same room, neither have I. They’ve done some videos together though.
@@michaeljohnson8058 I'm here for this theory.
@@__.rey.__Emily had a video where they were both invited to record some music together. Not sure what it was for
@@doinkson Oh did they? I know they did one where they were having a guitar ‘lesson’.
That was awesome to see Yvette instantly cooking on that pedalboard, what a great musician!
Awsome to see her here, she is awsome 👍
This was awesome!!! Yvette is perfect to select pedals for a vid like this! When I think of “pedals” Nels Cline and Yvette immediately come to mind.
Hey maybe Nels would be good for this too?
Don is so smitten, and he has every reason to be. We all are.
Awesome video. Yvette gave us a lot of cool ideas to spark our own creations.
I love Yvette, she is all awesome.
This is a great episode.
I would go crazy in that shop 😂😂😂
id wanna take everything home
I would like to see me stop by for the next edition of Build Your Pedalboard.
This video really helped to demystify Yvette's complex pedal board. I saw her pedal board a live show in Seattle last year and went crosseyed looking at it.
I have several pairs of those toe shoes. Vibram Fivefingers. I should try adjusting my pedals with those. Thanks for the tip! 😄
Very cool - love her playing!
Yeah cool, well explained. She's fun that Freqout and Mercury 7 are sick. 😊 Thank you Yvette
Raster 2 is an awesome delay pedal with tons of features..
She is so good…
And friends with Pete Thorn who would be good on this pedalboard extravaganza.
She is so cool!
Amazing guitar player.
What a great player, makes me want to play (and buy loads of pedals 😂) great idea for a series
Awesome!!!🌟🌟💯💯
I love Yvette - TOTALLY! 😎🎸
Do you offer this to walk-in customers? If so, I might have to take a vacation to Sweetwater just to play with different pedals, not that I need anymore😂
You can pull pedals off the display and put them together in whatever combination you want to audition them in the retail store. Headphones from amp sims. There are several stations for that kind of auditioning and experimentation. Maybe not at this scale with this many pedals, but you can still do a few at a time.
Love the board. Really a decent selection that offers a good mix of inspiring new sounds rather than overwhelming/owning it if that makes any sense.
She’s just an angel of a person.
I feel like the EQD Rainbow Machine would be an Yvette Young sort of thing.
She is adorable ❤
I wish I knew she was coming to Indiana I would've gone to see her at sweetwater.
Omg she’s just like me… fr fr
Stephen Brodsky from Mutoid Man; after much editing, you'll have a very funny episode.
With that yellow guitar i expected dod carcossa fuzz :-)
No EQD Warden?
She so lucky. I just have one Boss distortion pedal with my Marshall Amps to play😅😅❤
If anyone can tell me which song is at 22:36 i would be forever grateful
I love the way she explain things in her own 'language'
Bella.💋💋💋💋💋💋
Umm I want a pedal shopping spree too
Well there goes my savings.
could she be any more awesome?
She should hook up with Yamaha; the Pacifica's are like Fender's for people with smaller hands; they make some higher end models that put both Fender and Ibanez to shame as far as build quality and specs.I know the Talman has long been her ride, - all the more reason to change.
And as far as any of the pitch, freeze, or sustain effects, the recent Game Changer releases are on a whole other level; unfortunately, also on a whole other price level. She can afford them,- or maybe even get them free, - I can't.
The Walrus pedals are hard to beat , as are some of the EQD designs.I've had a lot of effects come and go, but some of these are rock solid.
Anti effects players are great,- when combined with players with plenty of effects.
She used a Yamaha acoustic for a while and I swear I’ve seen her play a revstar somewhere, idk if she was ever with them though. Ibanez treats her well
I'm the second commenter.
Stay tuned for another comment at the end of this video
TFW your pedalboard slowly transforms into Yvette's. She's too good at explaining the use cases and examples in her music with where and why a certain pedal is used for the 'sound' she is looking for. No wallet is safe. EVER
dude needs to chill
Great player but looks like she hasn’t taken a bath in years.
maybe she's more of a shower person
