The copper at 3:00 is a classic "got bullied at school" type. When will they learn come over, politely identify yourself, use words that seem alien to the old bill, like 'please' and 'thank you'' and they may get a more positive response and conversation. Plod trying tolook hard just does work when a limp wristed youth in a The North Face jacket is tryi ng to remember what he learnt at police school.
@Car M he likely gets bullied by them as well. Salt in his tea, burning toilet paper tucked in his pocket. Not sure if he needs mothering or smothering.
Vehicle registrations in all cases are public information and are the property of DVLA which is an agency of the Department of Transport, to which under trust law everyone who pays any form of tax in the UK is a beneficiary.
And the public cannot get personal details from number plates, only MOT and tax status. Form V888 is normally used to get personal details for insurance purposes, but it's a crime to give a false reason, and anyway such requests are tracked, logged, and recorded.
@@fordcapri6288 They usually have lots of things to think about as they go through the audit and it can be quite stressful so not easy to remember every single point. As they get more experience and get comfortable with the task, then we'll likely see that happening.

Haha - Yeah, that first guy starting acting all brave when he saw his mates coming and got aggressive! He was taken down a few pegs by his mates who agreed you were doing nothing wrong
Seems like that so called police officer 3938 is chewing gum while talking to a member of the public. How disgusting and unprofessional also telling you to clear off in an aggressive manner then scurrying off like a rat. Make a complaint with IOPC on him. Good job 👍
A company I worked for used to collect employees at certain places in a bus then take them to work and drop them off. This would be a good idea for the police if they want to stay anonymous. Also more environmentally friendly. Can also black out the windows. Job done.

What on earth can any member of the public do with someone else's number plate, it's not as if the owners name and address are readily available for anyone to obtain, but this type of rhetoric is churned out by police in an attempt to put fear into cameramen, no different to the causing harassment, fear and alarm spiel which they give when in reality they need to prove you have intent to do so, which in an honest world is very difficult to prove unless you have a history with an individual or the business the people are using, but Britain isn't an honest world and magistrates are in thrall to the police and believe their every word, which is the saddest fact of all as police are known to be liars but magistrates and judges are supposed to sort out the facts from fictions but just can't be arsed anymore.
Ergo, even if you fail to hand them ID, and stand under their authority, they still aim to identify you and later gang stalk you. Otherwise why SNEAK a photograph on a cop iphone? Maybe even his personal iphone, so does he plan to gang stalk and bully using his own private gang?
To be totally fair, the grown ups managed that pretty well. Despite the numbers deployed that didn’t go into their ‘surround the target’ routine, which I would perceive as getting ready to go offensive, thereby escalating the situation. They were quite reasonable to ask what was going on in a respectful manner and in these situations I feel the ‘auditor’ would do their cause wonders if they thanked the officers rather than trying to annoy them with “you’re dismissed”. If someone is descent towards you, the least you could do is be polite back. This would encourage or nudge what I hope is the majority of officers towards the behaviours and attitudes that society, that have put them into this position of responsibility, expects.
