HUGE SOUTHERN KINA! - Blue cod catch and cook

In this adventure of Kai down under me and my brother Daniel venture out to Foveaux strait New Zealand on our 5m Stabicraft.
We pick up a few Blue cod and some huge southern Kina along the way and take them home to prepare a meal.

Love your content bro, Im a big fan. You might already do this but for a bit of variety and I know its really simple but try this -
1 - 2 raw egg
1 - 2 desert spoon of oil
Some Chopped Chives
Mix the above
Salt and pepper some flour my bro
lightly dust the fish then dip it in the egg mixture fry it bro.
The light flour and egg mixture holds the fish better when you cook it.
