@@MuddyFeet mean bro that’s a good list, one of the best fishing and diving in the country out there I reckon, you need to try get into the snaps one night I reckon👍🏼make sure u don’t get upto nothing seedy at night🤣
I recommend practicing a few times out of the water to make sure you're pushing air into the right space and then start off with some nice shallow dives to loosen everything up. If it hurts bail out of the dive. If problems persist I'd go see a gp and get a professional to have a look. Goodluck mate
