Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I recently got my Adjusters License (TX) and immediately applied for a couple other states. I will be reaching out to you for mentorship, because I need your expertise so desperately. Thanks again for your selfless sharing, I so appreciate it.
Great tips! This helps settle some of my anxiety about my 1st deployment when the time comes. Also on one of your TikTok videos and here you mentioned interpreting policy.. Can you explain a little about what that means? I have been through State Farm certifications and am wondering is that what they are doing in those trainings… teaching us how to interpret their policy?
Thank you! Interpreting policy is knowing & understanding policy language. And then applying it to settling the loss. It’s the blueprint of what’s covered and what’s not! It gives exceptions to the rules and is applied to every aspect of the claim.
@MREOFUSA I am on the track to be an IA. I'm coming from a completely different career of 20 years and starting over. as for the hiring process, it is not the traditional apply, assesment, interview. I went to the website , clicked careers, clicked adjusters ( became I am a licensed adjuster ...new but licensed lol), and they give you an application to complete.
Thank you for the video
Subscribed! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. Newly licensed, nervous and excited! 🙂

What kind of headphones do you use I have research them and most of them have bad reviews
Plantronics. I have them linked in this video. ua-cam.com/video/gUUXXxmtqu8/v-deo.html
Heard desk adjusters need a min like 3-5 years experience
That’s not necessarily true!! For specialty sure. As in BI, casualty, lit, etc.
Are there any online courses you recommend to get licensed? I’m in Georgia.
I would like to be Mentored. What will I need to do to get started ?
