This is definitely only the beginning. The Arcane co-creator was recently interviewed after the finale and he said that Arcane was only the start of MULTIPLE projects, one of which was already a year deep into development. So I expect maybe in 2-3 years we're getting a new show, with an announcement even sooner than that. They plan on doing an animated universe surrounding the League Of Legends IP, similar to the scale and ambition of the MCU (but hopefully not as crappy, at least with Marvel's recent offerings). And the good thing about these shows is that the ones in charge of the endeavor are actual internal employees of Riot Games, and not just some outsourced writing team, so expect whatever shows they're cooking up will be faithful and integrated into the games as well.
Mcu? No thanks those movies are terrible because they're always focusing on what's next. like they clearly did with season 2 of arcane to hop on the next project. Fumbled the ending bad. It was enjoyable. But subpar
@detectivebrown6211 Maybe it is "subpar" because we've expected a lot from Arcane already. But I always say I'd pick Arcane's worst over other show's best offerings because it's not even close... not by a long shot. The issue with the MCU is that they've already blown their load during phases 1 and 2. Everything past it just became too predictable and same-y. This is why I appreciated Arcane for setting a limit to their story, even though the consequence of that is the pacing took a hit.
Jinx lived btw she escaped in the air ducts that is what Cait was looking at in the end of the episode and that was her on the blimp at the end. She walked away like Silco told her too.
I did not have LeBlanc on my Arcane season 2 bingo card, but god damn was I happy to see her. Also, THANK YOU for recognizing that Maddie was a Noxian spy the whole time rather than just a turncoat. I yelled at my screen "You Noxian BITCH" when I saw it was her holding Cait at gunpoint because it makes so much sense.
The season had some real highs but some really low lows. The pacing was so off, it just felt all over the place. Wish they gave this story longer to breath instead of sprinting to the finish line.
Y'all only say that bc the show ended, 😂fans always say that😂😂 just wanted the show to continue, idk why y'all can't just appreciate the writers now when to finish and not just give season for money. Man u type of fans ruin so much
I agree. Especially with Viktor’s transformation into the Machine Herald. He basically went from despising Singe & Ambessa because of their plan with Warwick suddenly siding with both of them the next episode for what looked like no reason. There was no time to show him genuinely losing himself to that point. Same thing goes with Mel. She was given no time to figure out her powers and whatever group gave it to her. She just suddenly knows how her powers work and becomes unstoppable. If Netflix had allowed for just one more episode for those two events, it would’ve made a big difference!
@@jackier3046 Oh man, Victor's progression was so masterfully done over the two seasons. Definitely one of my favorite aspects of the show. His idealism finally collapsing into tyranny felt so earned. After all, it wasn't Singed or the Noxian's who blew a hole thru him; it was his closest friend. I'd have given up on humanity too. I see your point with Mel, tho her awakening didn't bother me because I'm unfamiliar with the lore surrounding magic in League. If they say it's not slow, but sudden, I can roll with it.

there are obvious hints that Jinx did survive, but for me her death makes way more sense

but i think there are bigger problems than that right now
my only issue with this season was i feel it could of done with 4 acts instead of 3 to really flesh out the other characters introduced.
