Oops, I Almost Skipped My Find of The Day!

In this metal detecting episode I'm visiting a nice patch of the woods, on a beautiful, sunny March day. The relic hunt started already with an old piece of glass, an eyeball find on my way to the location.
The forest itself must have been detected plenty of times, but do to its size there were still patches not entirely empty. Sometimes you can walk and walk, without a single signal at all.
The relics came mostly from 18th century in form of buttons. Some of the 1700's buttons were pretty nice and shiny, some even had design. The only coin I was able to find was laying on the sidewalk on my way back to the bus stop.
The highlight of this outing was probably the small (17th century?) bell. I almost skipped it due to the strange signal it gave. I'm glad, I stopped to investigate.
All in all it was a great day, with some nice relics and beautiful sunshine in this quiet place.
