Maybe it’s a good video for beginners, but I think maybe be oversimplified, which may cause confusion in the future. In this case, yes, に indicates a destination, and thus answers the English equivalent of “Where to?” However, it can also indicate a locus of existence, or a point in time, and thus answer the questions “Where is?” or “When?/What time?”
      For example:
      Where is the pencil?
The pencil is on the desk.
      鉛筆はどこにありますか。
      鉛筆は机の上にあります。
      When will you come?
      I will come on Wednesday.
      いつ来ますか?
      水曜日に来ます。
The explanation in this video may suffice for a beginner learning the difference between “で” and “に,” but it could spark the question:
“So what’s the difference between に and へ?”
since both of these can be “to.”
      図書館に行きます。
      図書館へ行きます。
For this reason I think it would be better if で were explained as the adverb prepositional marker for a place of action, where as に acts as an adverb prepositional marker for location, destination or point in time. (へ marks direction or destination only).

This is so true. に also talks about existence. I was always wondering before why my native Japanese friends say "どこにいますか。"

de indicates the exact location of the action done while ni/he indicates where is the exact direction.
