That’s a big portion. And guessing that, that’s easily above 1000+ calories atleast. But All I’m saying is his meals may not look like much but might be high in calories. If you’re struggling to gain weight, eat higher calorie foods that are healthy. Whole eggs, nuts, cook with oil etc. eat fattier meats like salmon, high fat beef 20% and so on…
