- MXGP of The Netherlands, Arnhem. Round 16 of the World Championship got underway at this brutal circuit in the black sand. I went into the weekend a bit sick, which made a hard weekend even tougher... but I made the best of it and came out with some nice results!

Hi Kevin! Great job! even if I have only 1% of your speed, I know how tremendously demanding are sand tracks. I have a few questions for you (simply curiosities if I'm allowed..)..
1 - Gear sizes. What's your size pants? is there a standard size (pants and jerseys) for the average Pro Racers? Are they "custom fit" or are they the same size we -mere mortals- can buy?
2 - Boots and booties - I saw that several Top Riders have booties with laces, often paired with grippier boots (inner side); Have you ever tried some and what's the biggest difference vs standard ones?

1. I’m using 28 pants, think thats the smallest size made by most brands. S shirt aswell. They are not custom fit since I don’t require that.
2. I’ve seen that too, but I just use standard stuff as I feel like thats working good already.
