Thanks for the review. I think the cold Nov day may have hindered your suspension/handling experience. The bike is so balanced and confidence inspiring, I can lean it harder than any sport bike I've owned. So quick, so much fun, and comfortable at the same time. Best bike I've ever owned.
I've got it in blue and I ride it almost 7 days a week It's awesome and comfortable for Monday to Friday commuting and super fun in the Twisties during the weekend 🎉 I'm planning to go for a 3 weeks Europe trip next August too with it 😊
I love this bike but agree about the windscreen being a bit small. I think you said a "double bubble windscreen" would be better. Any idea how much that would improve things?
Interesting review. The somewhat vague handling is probably more to do with the very average standard tyres than the suspension. Similar story with the front brake due to a budget pad compound. However, they still work well enough with decent power & feel for the road. Rear foot pegs can also be removed too incidentally.
It's damn near hideous by any measure, but many recent motorcycles are. The not extending the rear section completely over the rear tire trend is stupid.
Why you looking for confirmation? The nose is a tad challenging, but everything is these days from Japan, short of a Z900RS or similar. The rest of the design is beautiful (chop off the regulation fender).

Probably only a little - you're still quite upright
