I think we can all agree that Aunt Marge and Umbridge are the two characters that 99.9% of Potterheads puts higher on the villain list than Voldy. Come on now, one basically got her poor pup drunk by poisoning him with brandy, and the other took immense pleasure in torturing little kids. Can't get any worse than that. At least our dear Mr Riddle was curteous enough to attack Harry at the end of every school year, to ensure his proper education.
