Kudos for taking so much effort to make this informative video. My highness sometimes not start all of a sudden. It will crank but not start. Morning cold start no issues. I have new amaron battery. Can it be fuel pump fault? I have seen in some videos the service centre guys changed the fuel pump and solved the issue.
Yes it is a sensor in the old gen fuel pump which creates this issue. You could report it to the service centre. They are supposed to replace it free of cost. But you have to convince them.
@@DipayanBose Whether they will change the entire fuel pump. It will be very costly. I am second owner, bike is only 2 years old. But I have not done all the paid services. Can I get warranty claim?
@@567akash fuel pump is 6k.
However go and tell them the issue. Don’t tell them to replace the fuel pump. See what they do. Tell them to resolve the issue. No services from ASC means no warranty.
@@DipayanBose Today I went to service centre. They told fuel pump fault and had to replace it by spending Rs. 5700. One dat my tank went full empty and bike stopped. After that only this issue started. BS6 technology is ultra sensitive and expensive to replace parts.😠

Few info needed..
1) can we get a parts catalogue for cb 350?
2) What are the mandatory parts to be replaced when we open fuel pump?
3) Is there any alternate filter element only for cb 350?
4) What components we can get from big wing for future use e.g. filter element, motor only gaskets and O rings.
5)Do we need low strength loctite on bolts?
6)What is the torque specification of bolts?
I know its too much of a asking and you worked so hard to bring such a content but if possible plz answer. Ramram🙏

Hi, my hness is having problems. I have a feeling that my fuel filter is clogged with too much dirt from the fuel tank. Not being able to filter fuel through the pump and to the fuel injection itself. Is this possible?
I have to throttle at quite a high RPM to even move off. Any suggestions?

But i have an issue with my honda cb350rs,sometimes in daytime engine gets very hot and bike gets off and doesn't turn on for few minutes.
After doing a bit of research,I found a video on yt from Jason Flix having same issue.He told that the issue is from fuel pump and temperature sensor.When bike heated up too much the safety feature turns off the fuel pump to avoid incidents.
But honda now is replacing the fuel pump without safety feature.But my bike is out of warranty.So my question is Can we find out and turn off/Cut off the safety feature by ourself without costing too much.

Take it to the ASC. They would do the needful.
No you can’t manually turn off the sensor.
Same issue here... Got worse just after the warranty expiry. Did you manage to fix it without replacing it?

Will update on that after Throttle body cleaning is also done. As of now after riding for 15 kms bike seems a lot free which is normal.

Fuel injection is done by this pump?When we start the motor cycle there is a weee sound is the pump making that sound?
The sound that you hear is coming from the fuel pump motor. It checks and pumps fuel and keeps it ready in the fuel line so when you start the engine the injector gets the fuel instantly.

How many kilometers or how long should we clean the fuel filter?
After 20000 kms or sooner if required.

I am having starting issue in my honda cb350 model 2021 only after running 5200 km in 3 years.
Company guys saying fuel pump issue , spark plug issue, battry issue, safety valve issue
Asking for 6000rs for changing fule pump though bought 3 years extended warranty
Any solution plz ?
Battery and spark plug will not be in warranty. Have it replaced if need be. Fuel pump if damaged through bad or old fuel, also could be excluded from warranty. Have the bike inspected by a good mechanic and do the needful. Generally bike that runs less, faces such issues.
