Anthony has always written fantastic material for as long as I've been listening to him (literally half of my life at this point) but every now and then he pens something so painfully tangible, so instantly relatable, that it goes through you like a truck and you have to take a moment. This is one of those lines. I almost wish that I didn't understand it on a instinctual level, because it reminds me how I'm still trying to process my story at the same time as trying to live it and move past it and be better than the only archetypes I had for being a (barely) functional human.
I guess I'm just glad that there are people out there like Anthony, willing and able to communicate their own struggles and letting anyone who needs to hear it know that it's ok not to have all the answers yet, or maybe ever.
