A very fun video. It reminds me of the restaurant i previously mentioned, if or when you are in the area. Rancho La Catalina, its smaller, has a mountain view with exotic animals

Norberis my wife wants you to do more videos in Spanish. I told her that you have some. But she does not believe me.

The goat was good but why was it good? Was the meat tender, nicely spiced? Was it spicy? Was there an option to make it spicy? What kind of sauce was it cooked in? Was it cooked in wine? You ate them with tostones, would it have gone well with something else also? rice beans and plantains? Any other goat dishes that you would try next time?

Her eyes get very low when she drinks. I personally don't like goat. Now my wife and her family loves it. My daughter doesn't eat it either. But my wife knows how to kill it, clean it and cook it. Just like chicken and turkey and Filez dia de Madre Norberis.
