Wouldn't you have had more reps doing chin-ups instead? I find them a lot easier since one gets all the help from the biceps. Regarding the question you asked, I get better results from more sets with less reps. If I go all-out on some of my sets I fatigue faster
Impressive, but absolutely useless for someone like me who can't even do a single pull up or chin up. Where's the advice for that? You need to do more beginner stuff. Not everyones a natural athlete like you. 🤷♂️🙄

Yup but pull-ups are generally considered harder. Vanja did chins so we had some variety 🙂
