Thank you so much! Yes I stack with one more dowel holding the size of cake above it. I.E - if I have an 8" and a 6" going on top, I will use 7 dowels (one more than the 6") If I have a 7" cake with a 5" going on top, I will use 6 dowels (one more than the 5") x
