Before I get your opinion I will say that Gypsy manipulated Nick just like her mother taught he to. Nick in no way should have the punishment he does and Gypsy be out! So far the palette is very pretty!
She seems to be manipulative still, and it makes me wonder was there no psychotherapy during all these years? Is she "beyond repair"? It's a tragic story no matter what... 😢
Yes, I agree! It’s a complicated case overall - but I agree that I think she found someone who she could manipulate and used him and once the deed was done, she had no more use for their relationship anymore.
I also consider that she was on a lot of different medications (that she didn’t need) and had been abused by her mom for years, so I’m sure that all could cause a lot of people to do something drastic that they regret - and she used to say that about the whole incident. That it was wrong, what she did was wrong, and she had regret. But her way of talking about it recently is putting more distance from that and seeming to paint the wrong doing more on godejohn and herself a bystander to the murder. That’s what’s worrying/irking me.
I read something about godejohns case possibly being reopened - I’ll be curious to see how that goes
I’m not going to judge Gypsy on what she did in her past. She served her time in prison and went through things no person deserves to go through, especially not by their own parents. She said that she regrets what she did. What happened is between her and God now. He will judge her at the end just like he will judge all of us as well.
I do understand her wanting to tell her side of the story and doing some interviews. However one of the many things I hate about social media is that it makes people who don’t deserve the fame, become famous and multimillionaires even when they are doing or have done illegal, unethical or immoral things in the past or currently. These people don’t have any real talent. They can’t sing, dance, act or provide any real value. They make a living and grift money off of naive people doing or promoting questionable things. I think it’s gross how people glorify what she did. I wish her health and healing, but I’m not going to put her on a pedestal and make stupid cringey remarks like, “YAAS, SLAY QUEEN” or call her my “mother”. My mother’s name is Lucy, not she is not some stranger online and my mother is not Pat McGrath. 😂😂😂 The glorification of m*rders, g*ns, and all these parasocial relationships Americans have is creepy and embarrassing.
Now she’s supposedly spending time with problematic people with JS and Eugenia Cooney. She just got out of prison so maybe she doesn’t realize how problematic JS is and that poor Eugenia’s is not well physically or mentally to say the least. She was talking bad about her accomplice who is still in prison, while he stated that he refuses to say anything negative about her.

I hadn’t heard she was starting to make friends with problematic people 🙈 yikes! I know prison isn’t an easy place, but I think some places you’re still able to have access to a computer at time and maybe I’m giving her too much credit of preplannjng all this, but I don’t think it takes much browsing of social media the last few years to see all the big names that hit the headlines for the wrong reasons 🙈
@@KatieMarie Thank you! That’s true, she probably stumbled upon some articles on JS and Eugenia while she was in prison, or at least googled them after she got out. She’s is probably one of those people who doesn’t mind how problematic their “friends” are as long as they are nice to them especially if they benefit in some way from the relationship. Eugenia and JS are both very strange people to say the least.

I think that's all that Gypsy Rose knows, so she is going to continue to be the center of attention. I feel like her husband could help her move out of the limelight if he really wanted to, but I think social media has grabbed him as well. I'm sure there is or will be money involved and that's got to be hard to give up when you are Gypsy. I believe that she does need to accept responsibility for her part in her mother's death. Doing time does not eliminate the fact she planned, financed and orchestrated the murder for 2 years. If after 2 years of thinking about murder, & she still insisted on moving forward with it, she is a psychopath and habitual liar. It wasn't a crime of passion, it was meticulously planned out over a long time. She left the house to be with her random lovers, she let her hit man in the house- she could have LEFT at any time before that. My point being, if murder is the answer when it is not, her mind will always be criminally out there. She shows no remorse or accountability, and committing a murder should be swept away because she did her time. I don't agree that doing a couple years of time does not erase a pre meditated gruesome murder, thats disgusting. A reality show showing a convicted murderer & her barely known husband is not therapy and working for many years on the trauma of committing and planning a murder. She should go away & live quietly & not force her murderous self on the world. The only thing she can advocate for is murdering a parent & getting off easy. I don't care what her mom did, she was a 23-24 yr old adult & could have left - just like when she went to her married boyfriends houses. She is not remorseful & belongs in jail for life imo!

I forgot to highlight that in the video - how she paid for his flight out there and planned the entire thing…so for her to act like she just asked him and he did it and she isn’t the one at all at fault….man, it’s just wrong. She’s already done her time, so I don’t understand this angle trying to act like she wasn’t involved in her mother’s death at all. Overall just such a sad situation
