omg it’s so comforting to hear that i’m not the only one who struggles with panic attacks caused by hypochondria bc i swear i convince myself im dying from all sorts of things like three times a week😩😩
I suffer from health anxiety too! There are a few instagram accounts that are so so helpful and explain all the symptoms that anxiety can cause so you can learn to accept it's just your body reacting to your brain thoughts and that you're in no real danger ❤️ i struggle with it everyday and i know how difficult it is, so hope you get better x
