Good info thanks for posting. I am running the holosun 507 with the acss reticle and have been very pleased with it.

@@Rusty_ok I think I’m going to borrow a friend gun that has the 507 and run it through the paces. I’ve heard good things about it. Thanks for watching

@@Gunsandfun1961 thanks for watching. Still looking for that “perfect” optic

@PaPaDsRangeTimeWatts With so many options available in so many different price ranges, it can be overwhelming 😳.

Using both the circle and dot makes me look at the dot rather than the target. That sort of defeats the purpose of the optic. I started with both but now prefer the dot. Older shooters seem to like the circle or circle and dot at first. The circle does make it easier to find than just a dot as some portion of the circle will almost always be visible.
The ScS does allow you to override the auto brightness. Read the manual carefully. It is not intuitive.
I am a red dot noob, so it’s just my opinion. I need to find a good class.

@@oklahomahank2378 thanks for the feedback. I can dim it one time, but still bright. This circle is fully in view, not like the 507c/k. Still playing with it. Thanks for watching
