this company sold me a faulty scooter. I sent it back and they are refusing to give me a refund even thought I sent it back within the 30 day money back guarantee. they told me I would get my money back and when I sent the scooter back they refused my refund and now stop replying to my emails. they have basically stolen from me as I have no scooter and they have my money. avoid at all costs!!!
I'm totally lost. What's the difference between this model and the AOVO ES80 350W ?
Aren't the stats the same?
*Great **Latest.Bike** Scooter ! I have had it for almost 2 years now and it is still working great so far! Brake and acceleration are really smooth!*
I've done 800 miles over one year on the slightly older version and no problems, although I fitted the Monorim Suspension on the front. I love this scooter for cruising down the canals in Ireland, a very relaxing ride. Not a single issue so far.
Approx what range and how heavy are you?
I am 153 pounds what’s the speed like for me if I buy this
@@julianruiz668 You should be fine tbh i’m around 73 kg and can go max 19 mph, if you go down hill you can reach around 21 mph.
I've done 2100km in 10 months currently
Can you send the link for the suspension
Love the videos, keep It up!!!
I did have an older model. I used it for gettin to work, it was doing 4 miles a day, 12 miles a week. After a 2 months the mud gard broke off and I had to wear waterproofs from then on. After 3 months the Bluetooth on it stopped working. After 4 months it was taking longer to charge and the brakes were going. After 5 months the brakes were completely gone, I almost ran over a a tiny little dog, and there was no grip on the tyres anymore, you could feel it sliding from side to side as you moved forward and after 6 months it hit a rock and it actually snapped the frame. At first I thought the clasp had cone undone but no the frame snapped. No fixing it, it was dead. In summary. Fun and handy for a while but for £300 getting the bus would of been cheaper.
I bought this scooter a week ago. I bought it on the official website for moisture protection. Today I drove in heavy rain for 30 minutes. The result of the scooter showed error E03. After this the headlight stopped working. After turning off, bluetooth does not turn off. Then it turns on spontaneously and the brake light flashes, which cannot be turned off. Tomorrow I will write to the seller.
I bought 2 of these scooters and 1 woudnt charge I contacted aovo and was basically told unlucky leave it with you I woudnt wish aovo on my worst enemy but its there loss as I'm now looking for 2 more e scooters in addition to the aovo scooters
I had this problem and completly left aovo out of the situation i opened the scooter deck and found the connectors had corroded and were only connecting after a big vibration after cutting the connectors off and wrapping the wires together it worked perfectly fine not had any problems 8 months later 😂
The E moon scoot I think you executed it... Electric ⚡
Looks really good. Was gonna order an iSinwheel i9 Pro but then I came across this Aovo m365 Pro n basically the higher waterproofing sold it for me coz ill b using it in all weather's so will b ordering 1 tonight when my wages go into my bank. Cheaper than i9 Pro too so, excellent! 🤘🏼😉👍🏼

Please don't waste your money on i9 scooter. Battery doesn't last. I regret buying it.
just sent mine back only had it a week. dose under 10k until the battery dies. cruise control got stuck on while I was going down a hill in the rain and almost had an accident.
really bumpy with those tiers too. feels like they are made of wood.
for the price this scooter is very good, I have around 300 miles on mine still feels super solid
I've just bought one new, I bought a second hand one to start with but suspect it had been abused - a weld cracked apart and it nearly folded in half in a way it's not supposed to lol- The new Aovo's good, no shakes or rattles but the range seems well down compared to my old one -Both are supposed to have the same newer 10.5ah lithium pack too so I suspect I'll be sending the scooter or the battery back (please just the battery!) if/when I get round to finding who speak to at Aovo but all in all I like this scooter - so much so I'm thinking of upgrades and some customisation for it now, I've got a spare motorwheel ,ESC and battery for a 2 wheel drive setup. :)
Thanks for watching and showing love you have been among our shortlisted winners message me for more information....................................
update that I just wrote on Aovo's youtube- I got last years(22) 365pro-I've had a lot of problems with batteries(I'm on my 3rd) which Aovopro were good enough replace twice- The batteries they use/used were only 7.5Ah but labelled 10.4Ah except for the latest which is labelled as 7.5Ah and looked a bit better made which is a pity as they advertised it as coming with a 10.4 Ah battery- I've not checked that latest battery's internals yet but after just 2 weeks of use it seemed to be starting to degrade- I didn't get an answer back when I let them know at Aovopro this time. I think I'm just gonna give in on Aovopro and see if I can get a better battery elsewhere! Generally the scooter itself isn't bad but I get the feeling they got the price low by using lower quality batteries- And don't make as much profit- either that or I've had spectacularly bad luck with 3 batteries! all the best.
I do own the aovo es80 the good things I like is the weight very light to carry good top speed but that's where it ends the bad bits the tyres horrible over rough surfaces also poor on hill climbing but I am keeping it as I'm getting the tyres changed to much softer solid tyres so that's good now hoping that the app gets updated as the firmware doesn't work I think with a bit more speed it will be better climbing hills
How are the tires inflated? They have holes in them. From the profile you can see holes all around. These are solid honeycomb tires. Aren't they?
mine isn't moving anymore how can I reset it
What is the bracket on the bar for?
What I love about the aovo pro and other clones is that you can modify it
Great scooter.
What’s the thumb thing next the brake? Looks like something screws into it. It’s the only thing we can’t figure out.
There's a bell and a folding hook on the brake side of the scooter
Great price
What's the model that goes 19mph ??
This is the best scooter I've ridden👍👍👍👍

Care to share how to do this?
I too would like to see how you did this, even if you have a link to a guide of some sort?
Don't just tell is and not share how you did it! 😅
One question, the type of tires you have are puncture proof?
Yep impossible to get flats with solid tyres
I'm about your weight. So this or maybe another model, for the same price range
Could you please do an unboxing and review on the new AOVO ESMAX? It would be such a great video since there's basically not a single video about it. 🤗
I got one the other day too, it's pretty good doesn't go up hills the best but other than that it's great, you can buy extra batteries for it and it goes 45kmh.
@@nathanielwilliamson8606 where do you buy batteries

don't buy them mine broke after a week. I sent the scooter back they refused to give me a refund and now they will not reply to my email so now I have no scooter and no refund.

You need the aovopro dashboard they don't have it on Ali express. That's cheapest I've found £13.99
I have two new spare batteries for this model. Curious to find out if just stored, will the life of the battery degrades over time.
"Degrade", sorry.
I’m wondering the same she’s been parked all winter as long as it wasn’t charging the whole time think it should be good

But ridden a personal ownd escooter in the UK is illegal, how do you deal with that? I always wanting to buy one but worried about offending the local law.

We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!

@@BrotherWitch did it work
@@julianruiz668 Yes. Using their app, power on the scooter and connect via the app. Once you are connected to the scooter select "Settings" from the home screen. Then select "Advanced settings" near the bottom of the options given. The "speed limit" is the option you want to change. (I slid the 2 bars shown to the right as well.) Set it to 31+mph, though it only shows a max of 31 after selected. That's it.
It'll only do 19mph, and you have to reconnect and OPEN THE ADVANCE SETTINGS MENU EACH TIME. You wont have to change the settings again. Just wait about 3 seconds and it'll repopulate your changes.
If you only connect via the app but don't open the advance setting menu after the changes, the max speed will remain factory.
I hope that helps! Have fun and ride safe!

After a few months of using my scooter frugally, it has started to stop abruptly in the middle of my rides. The scooter completely dies and can only be restarted once connected to a charger. I have attempted to contact AOVO, but I have not received a response. Although they are quick to respond to pre-sale questions. Don't buy this product!
Just because you maybe had a good one 80% of the time it's always bad so please don't advertise something the 80% of the people will be unhappy with that model compared to the other models
That is @Zathrus is 100% right about the review of the 1st generation AOVO Pro escooter. It had long term wear and tech issues not always found with the 1st and 2nd gen Xiaomi Pro. Solid tyres if you are not responsible with riding it, once the main tread pattern wears off the scooter is dangerous for grip on certain surfaces. Some users experienced non charging issues, and or bluetooth connectivity issues. All these issues have come with a good 80-90% of 1st gen AOVO Pro models, and would happen after the 30 days returns period.
As for the new 2022 gen models, 10" standard tyres or solid tyres would perform better.
Do not buy it
I got one and it broke down in less than 3 months of use. It took 6 months for the company to send me a " new"refurbished one, and it is still broke down in 3 months. I do not recommend at all.
