For adult animation, I really enjoyed Bojack Horseman. I can't agree harder though on lost appeal to Archer considering its animation. Great humour can help to carry a show, but when the animation is so stiff and dull, it really cuts into my enjoyment of a show. I'll gladly _listen_ to clips of Archer when I find them, but I've not willed myself to watch the show yet.

The bridge troll question is a tough one for me. Is it a bridge in a busy city or just out in the woods? If it’s out in the woods I would be more likely to take that job. You can try to make yourself feel special by saying your job is too important for AIs to take over. The art community did that and look what's happening. The hard truth is that with enough time and research, AIs will be able to do everything we can do. Why? Because AIs are neural networks just like us. So if we can do a task, it means that neural networks in general are capable of doing those tasks. The only limiting factors are energy usage and computation speed.
I dunno, the UA-cam algorithm has been scarily accurate in finding me things to ask my doctor about. We already have surgical robots, and I'm convinced the diagnostic process can be easily turned over to ai with a human doctor to double check. The main reason I see this as preferable is if racism and sexism aren't programmed in, you might get better results. I get tired of being told I'm being hysterical about my pain because I have a vagina, not because my pain is so severe it's making me shake with anxiety. I wouldn't want a robot taking care of my pre-natal care, though, or by extension emergency care. I had a rough delivery that ended in surgery, but the doctor made the call instead of waiting and saved my child. For basic diagnosis, sure. There are still some calls only a human can make right now.
