I explore a new forest. In the woods, I feel like I'm in a primeval jungle. Will I see a Sasquatch? Pure Adventure! Later I discover a nice place to camp. When the fire burns it's time for a delicious dinner. I'm grilling a beefsteak. Hopefully, the seductive fragrance of the meat will not attract a bigfoot !!

This guy has got to be the coolest camper I've ever seen. Why has this guy never been in an outdoors magazine like Field and stream. I am certainly enjoying his videos. Thank you Mr Bushcraft Bear.

He, I am sure, would not want to be in any outdoor magazine. People who do this kind of camping do not do it for notariety or visability. Their joy is the bushcraft experience, challenging themselves against nature.

Yes, I lived in Oregon 25 years and the old growth forests were magnificant. There was no better place to camp. I definitely was not a bushcrafter - we used tent, took coleman stove, sleeping bags. Just regular camping.

I think the Bear would love it here in Washington State! He’d have to include Bear spray in his kit! We still have predators in our forests!

Bigfoot is everywhere there is a good population of deer and a small population of people. I've saw one in Nebraska of all places. Be safe. An air horn a bright light and a good side arm or bear mace is not a bad idea. Don't go banging on trees or howling in the night air.

I am curious as to your video location shoot! The vid starts out as a scenic shot perhaps in a highlands bluff overview, but then as the video progresses into heavily forested and huge boulders all over the place, My God! But then, you find a remnant of perhaps a jawbone of only who knows what? Perhaps this is a region where the Dinosaurs and Mastodons had met their extinction due to the ice age??? Is the area located in the North American Continent? I did see that there was "White-Tailed Deer" shown with your night time return navigation. The white-tailed deer are most prevalent to the north American Continent as far as i know unless i am missing something! The boulder debris fields i believe represent a meteorological event or events that occurred in a earth shaking n pounding of mother earth so long ago that it isn't even funny, and to think just how bad it really was, is astounding!
Your cookery skills are once again outstanding and your video speaks sheer volumes of the immensity of this territory that you have traversed and terrain features is see was about treacherous at times i'm sure!

On the Atherton Tablelands we have some very thick mountain forests, as in I was standing less than 2mtrs from a workmate in a hi-vis shirt & he couldn't see me. We also have the legend of the Mallaan Man, a 1.8mtr tall hairy gorilla like creature that supposedly lives in those forests. I have met 2 people that claim to have seen it or nests & footprints & heard it. whether true or not Sasquatch & Malaann Man make for interesting campfire conversation.
