This video popped up on my main feed, and your reaction was terrific. I saw this movie many years ago and if I recall, I think I watched it for the same reasons: It came up on my streaming page, I love Sam Rockwell, and I love space movies. This movie blew away my expectations. It was written and directed by Duncan Jones (son of David Bowie) and I think this was his first major movie credit. The story was amazing and Sam's acting was the extra icing on the cake! Another great movie that is also directed by Duncan Jones is Source Code starring Jake Gyllenhaal. Though not in space, the movie does have that element of mystery and suspense, as well as the same ability to pull at the ol heart strings. Anyway, cheers!
