I AM OBSESSED WITH TURKISH AFTER READING THE FORTY RULES OF LOVE
I just ordered it on your recommendation. We are traveling to Turkey in May and I was looking for novels. Thanks!
@Açelya Ateş we had planned to attend a wedding in Istanbul. We had a great neighborhood picked out. I also had a side trip to Cappadocia, Goreme and vicinity. Hopefully we can plan a new trip in October. It depends on the virus
@Açelya Ateş, I do want to visit the Aegean side as well. I thought we should do that as a separate trip. I will research Izmir. I had thought of going to Kaş ( and take the ferry to the Greek island. Don't tell), visiting the chimera and the place everyone goes to with all of the ancient stuff (can't remember the name for the moment). İ am familiar with the founder of modern Turkey, the great Atatürk, but i could learn more history. There is a lot!
And I also found that pronunciation of Turkish alphabets is similar as Hindi alphabet have.this is a great video .it helped me a lot

Where in your mouth should your tongue be and what what type of sounds do these make if you were to write them phonetically. Thank you for your time :)

@Zeynep Ezgi Su Simsar Thank you anyway....cok seviyorum bu sarki .....ua-cam.com/video/Z83HT0k7Olc/v-deo.html
fine lesson.
Thank you so much for this video

Love from Pakistan 💖
I love Turkey so much ❤️😘
I want to learn Turkish language because I love it
I like turky .so much!
wait so "I" and " O' " (with 2 dots on top) sounds the same?
Not really. Considering songs as my reference, I feel ö and ü from Turkish as the same phonemes in German. Ö is roughly articulated with your tongue as pronuncing e but with your mouth shaping the oh sound. Ü roughly putting your mouth as saying oo (like in igloo or root), but your tongue is in position for an e (forward, mid height).
I such love Turkish language
Please add a special lesson about pronouncing the vowels only .
Thank you; this is very helpful.
