Great comparison video! They both sound great! but I think the GT1, can come real close to the sound of the GT120, And I like how the GT1 -has both the master and non-volume mode ! Making it very versatile!
Very good video and comparison. Also, your description has tons of good info and I appreciate the work you put into it. Out of the two, I think I’m just a sucker for the GT120 tone.
thank you so much for doing this A/B comparsion man!!! boutta put an order on a GT1 😈 just got a feeling that it will cut a dense mix much better than a GT120
What a great informative video! Gt1 is more flexible indeed, and shines with or without the rat. I liked the non master volume mode better, cause it is more vintage sounding. The gt120 shines with the rat engaged, really is a great pedal platform but without the rat engaged and volume maxed, it sounded a bit rough. It would be great to put a gt120 mv in the play, if you own or could find one.

Hmm I thought the gt120 sounded smoother with the volume maxed. To me the gt1 sounded rougher around the edges...less low end for sure.
Gt120 all day for me, screw versatility !;)
GT120 sounds way better.
