@@506SXS I’m chasing a clicking and shutter at certain speed, I pulled the factory prop shaft but only noticed play in that splined shaft going into the diff. Hard to believe that’s shot after 1200kms tho!
@@506SXS yeah I’d hate to replace the prop shaft and still have the issue due to the play in the bearing from your video. Not much info on this I’m glad I stumbled on your vid.
Since I have the differential out of the machine. I have the whole thing tore apart and I'm gonna replace all the bearings and seals. I'd say about three hundred dollars in parts for the differential and upgraded drive shaft is like seven hundred dollars.
I could go with the Honda for the drive shaft, but it's all back ordered with no date. So the only thing available is super a t v and it's seven hundred dollars for the whole unit rather than just a u joint separately.

What kind of symptoms were you getting before you found all the play in that bearing? Did you start to lose oil past that oil seal?
Seal was wet and I had a noise and vibration. Ended up rebuilding the entire diff all new bearings and seals and new drive shaft cv style

Superatv makes a upgraded prop shaft with cv style joint instead of ujoint if your looking at those .

@@506SXS Damn that hurts... but at least it'll be brand new with a beefier shaft. It's done awesome considering the mileage and how you ride
