Intentionally running someone over, or attempting to run them over, is deadly force. If deadly force is justified by a "totality of the circumstances" - so if a shooting would be justified - using the car is equivalent to using a gun - so it could be found to be reasonable. But again, it depends on the circumstances - and good articulation!
