So many Americans I'm subscribed to say "Friday," which translates to Saturday for me. >___< One change I really didn't like in the anime was, when Jasmine's dagger was taken, she was like: "AH! My dagger's gone!" Whereas, in the book, she doesn't say anything and only speaks up when she thinks Lief has found it. I feel like book!Jasmine is much more reserved and guarded than anime!Jasmine, and this was a very striking example of that. Anyway, great review! I love your content, particularly your Deltora content! :D Did not expact a math lesson, but I enjoyed it. I'm terrible at math (I'm more of a language person), but I do find it fascinating. As someone who used to be heavily into competitive Pokémon battling, I'm very familiar with probability and statistics biting me in the ass. XD

@@HijjiahtheHobbitYeah, that's a good point. I have the Deltora Quest books in Japsnese, but I have trouble reading them because of all the kanji. I should look into whether Jasmine's personality has been changed in the books as well. They seem to have gone with a "tsundere" personality for her in the anime, and I think that's definitely a cultural thing, like you said.
Not me feeling like the video just started and then the book review appeared on my screen 😅 It was so interesting that 32 minutes felt like 2! I think I already told you this but just in case I didn't I'm gonna say it again - I love the way you are describing things and it is really enjoyable to listen to you. The only thing I do not like is that I found your channel too early and now I have to wait for every video to be uploaded. I'm 100% sure that if you had already uploaded videos for all 8 books I would have watched them in like a day or two 😂❤
