Thanks for the insight on the BT Flies! Never heard of that and that's one of the things I really like about you guys. Whether it was a mistake or some weird act of nature, you aren't afraid of getting into some of the less pleasant parts of RV'ing. Regardless of the source, I'm sure you've got it figured out. Enjoy your winter, guys!
I'm excited that you have been traveling Vancouver Island and so appreciate you sharing all the info! I am right now planning my long summer trip which includes the island. I will be up in Tofino for about 8 days and want to visit a couple of the parks you have shared, Little Qualicom Falls and Rathtrevor. If I only have time for one of them, which do you recommend? Thanks Alysha and Luke! And good luck killing off the nasties!
I’m guessing these videos are from the summer being on the island? I lived there for years and the winters are not like that with sun and shorts? Currently on a high on 7 degrees in Parksville and cloudy. Since this was posted yesterday you might want to put a note somewhere telling the people that these are actually old videos… so that people are aware what the island is in the winter
Wow can't wait to dump my tanks for the first time. I guess I will need an RV first eh? Good to see you again guys. Take it easy. Cheers 😘🥂😘 Hi Chloe!!!
I have had bottoming out issues when pulling our fifth wheel with our truck and even with our motor home because of steep ramps. Yuck sewer flies. Wonder where you would get them from? Possibly in warmer climate areas? Parksville brings back memories for us from many years ago. Anyway thanks for sharing.
Dear Luke and Alysha, I watched your videos, and you really have done a great job on this. I love your video style very much. We are seng up a new business on Chocolates and hope to extend our business. So can you test / Review the product for us? We will appreciate it and we can pay for your effort. Best Regards
Sewer flies: You get them from leaving the black tank valve open when it’s hooked the sewer. Leave that valve closed except to dump.
Thank you for taking us along!
She is such a cutie patootie. Growing to fast. Love the bracelet you got from the market
Aaaawwweee❤Chloe is so sweet ❤
tks. for the info on the 'night' market. . . and how to deal with sewer flies. i still enjoy your blogs, immensely.
Great video. I have never heard of black tank flies. Ick!

Never heard of them. But, in reading comments it appears they stem from leaving the black tank open, which we don’t do. Glad you figured it out!
I hope everything is ok, we miss you guys 🥰

Another idea when dumping at a full hookup site is to raise your front jack to create a rear slope which will help get everything out of the tanks.
