North America's largest fish hatchery is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It's called the Bow River Habitat Station.

You know on another note, I’ve also always wondered about how a reservoir decides stocks fish. I moved up tot he mountains in this area last year from Texas. You always hear about Largemouth being bigger in the south. Is that due to the warmer weather or just how a reservoir is managed?
Warmer weather is the biggest factor for sure. Bass feed more aggressively when the water is warmer. So places like Florida and Texas are known for big fish because they grow year-round at more consistent pace. I grew up in Arizona fishing big bass in those desert lakes.
