I love Animals Awesome! Not sure if you have or not but earthlings, what the health, and cowspiracy are absolutely amazing documentaries available on Netflix and here on UA-cam. Earthlings is a bit on the more graphic side or things but it is important for everyone to see. I’m so glad you see the greatness that it brings!

Was wondering the same thing. It's definitely gonna be all brown by then, even with citric acid.
For guac, you can either freeze it or pour olive oil over the top of it.

i make rice and beans every week and the avocado stays vibrant green for a week as long as it stays in the fridge

These meals look delicious. I would increase the portions of the primary protein sources (chickpeas, black beans, etc) to help ensure each meal contains 25-30g of protein (especially if I am in training). Aside from that they are 👌🏽.

Because they're kinda preachy and pretentious every time when it comes to food and it's really annoying. I'm not a vegan myself - at least, not now - but I love vegan and vegetarian cousine. After starting a programme of daily exercises and interminent fasting three times a week, eating these foods had really widened my taste.
Because so many vegans are condescending, holier-than-thou, really wrong about a lot of things and expect everyone to cater to them. Now having said that there are some really cool ones and if they were more cool ones maybe there would be more vegans

I have my theory, it has something to do on how comments are sorted and how they have the possibility to be more relevant. UA-cam has two options for viewing the comment section, you either pick the first comments or the more importants. You have to add the factor that people want also to be noticed and voilà!
