Thanks for your info. I find this gear shift screwy. Have to drive my daughter’s car for a pick up and drop off at the airport and couldn’t figure out how to put it in drive. Bad design for Cadillac.

It is a little ass backwards. However, just as we ALL had to get used to push button start many years ago instead of using a key. This after a while will become second hand also. It's really not that complicated. However, i would have preferred either a traditional shifter style or push button found in Lincoln's or the GMC Acadia.
