  • Step aside Everesting, we've got a new cycling challenge. Instead of climbing 8500m James took on the task of descending the depth of the Mariana Trench, the deepest known point on earth at 11034 meter below sea level. But in order to do it he'll need to CLIMB the same hill almost the exact same amount of meters as the rules are similar to everesting, And all for a good cause: World Bicycle Relief

Traffic jams on the approach to it and overheated vehicles at the top. There'd allways be one foolhardy/stupid caravaner in the run off area too with steam/smoke coming out from the bonnet... Thank you for doing this! On Friday I did a 100 mile trainer ride to raise money for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. I've done plenty of centuries, and more, but had never spent more than a couple hours on a trainer. Your 24 hour Zwift ride gave me the idea to do this. Then, while I was doing my ride on Friday, and hurting really bad, I watched this trenching video. Seeing you suffering through all that helped me through my (relatively minor in comparison) suffering and got me to the end. Thank you for the inspiration!!!
