Got it replaced, now it's back again. I don't think it's worth a service visit unless you're close to a service center and there for something else. They'll either clean it out or replace the fan.
@@fiehlsport ah ok, yeah sounds like parts rubbing against each other. I took it to Tesla few weeks ago and they couldn’t find anything wrong, the squeaking had since gotten worse so I’m taking it again.
Yep, probably right about that. It's not easy to get in without going underneath the car unfortunately. I took the frunk out but the access is primarily from the bottom I believe. Once the leaves rot away it'll probably stop making noise again.
Mine has started making a similar noise. Only occasionally though. Not sure it’s worth a service appointment yet.
Any update on this issue? I have the same thing on my 2023 Model Y

Had mine replaced, new one started to do it too :(
Jeez, I’m worried about that. The part number hasn’t changed at all, maybe they’ll eventually supersede it with an updated fan.
Been having this issue too, we’re you able to figure out what causes it?
Nope, not sure if it's a bearing or the blade rubbing on something. In any case Tesla seems happy to repair it for anyone with this issue.

Repair center I took mine to said it was leaves and bugs in the blades…LOL
Mine just started this. I thinks it’s junk build up.
