Lethal Tempo is better. I do Kraken, into Phantom Dancer for a faster Lethal Tempo max. Dancer gives me movement speed for the cleanup during fights.

Depends on the elo, higher elo prefers fleet footwork vs any match-up. Lethal/kraken is a situational picks on higher elo.

Definitely run lethal tempo. It’s better for kiting due to a larger max range and the obvious(Att sp). Paired with phantom dancer and you’ll be unstoppable.

Cait is a very good lane bully, but her 2 item spike sucks. She also has very good scaling, if i mention only the passive scaling thats enough.
