Every single link you have posted says "404 page not found" yikes! I would really like to join but every time I try I run into issues with your website.

Almost off orientation at a level 1 SICU as a new grad. Still likely have 2 years before I’d even think to start applying, but here I am binging CRNA content videos lol. At what point do you think it would bd wisest to start trying to get my CCRN, soon as possible or focus more on the actual job and clinical knowledge and get it when feasible?
Any recommendations on classes prior to applying? I have only ever taken intro chem for ex which was a while ago lol.. I know that I should probably take a bio or orgo chem, I just really want don’t want to do it honestly. Do you think it would be absolutely worth it, or can you get by with limited chemistry knowledge going in?

You’re right on track! The earlier you start planning the easier it is to set yourself up for success.
I’d say the first step is to make a list of your top 5 schools-and then address prerequisites from there. Most do require general chemistry but many don’t require organic or biochemistry.
As to the CCRN you have to have 1750 hours to sit for the exam-I’d day start taking any relevant prereqs now and take the CCRN at your year mark

@@annaRRNA Thank your for the reply :) Most likely it would a program out of my home state, so it’s hard to narrow anything down just yet other than simply going off trying to stay in a lower COL area while attending. GRE and chemistry classes will be my biggest gripes on the prep work I’m sure lol.

I took my CCRN after a year. Studied as soon as I started in ICU and really cracked down a month prior. I’m also taking an Organic Chemistry class that is completely online to bolster my resume.

Hey I’m an aspiring CRNA. I just graduated with an ASN, and am pursuing a BSN. I’m gonna be working in the ICU, but would OR experience be more pertinent?

OR experience isn't accepted for CRNA school. Strictly ICU experience is required.

ICU experience is what will qualify you to apply to CRNA school :)

Hi I’m applying to crna school with one year. Am I at a disadvantage since I have one year experience? I feel like I won’t have the clinical knowledge compared to other applicants with more years experience than me.

As an applicant I think it’s so important to know as much about the process as possible. The COA reports that the average matriculant has 3.5 years at the time of beginning school-so yes your current stats are less competitive. Does that mean it’s impossible? No. Does that mean that you’re a failure if you don’t get in at one year? Definitely not.

The link for the mock interview shows a login page? Do I need to be a member of something?
