I have her in f4 and the problem isn't that she doesn't instacast, but for some reason the whole f4 just runs to the attacker and none of them instacasts anything
Edit: She instacasts quite well against NTL and is great paired with your forced entry setup
The problem is her lb
Why is Bandai ruined her ai lol
They have to make her slug jutsu like
"Summon katsuyu and instacast damage nullification, immune to recoil,ninjutsu cool downtime for 5sec without allies touching katsuyu"
