So I work for ATT retention. So all escalations come to my department. I can honestly say probably 80% of all the biggest issues from from those "reps". They will lie and lie and promise customers the moon, provide their business cards and then GHOST them when the promises they were given don't happen. It's just the worst. And I have to explain that they don't even work for ATT. I couldn't even get them reported if I wanted to bc they don't have an ATTuid for me to look up. I hate them all so so much.

I worked for one of the awful at&t kiosks for a couple month you are mentioning and WOW, is all I can say. What goes on behind the kiosk front in a Sam's Club as well is absurdity. Honestly, it is quite awful how they treat their employees and aren't truthful with the people they hire on as well. They provide one to two hours of training and will send you out into a Sam's club. The people they hire nine times out of ten have no previous experience with technology and no absolutely nothing of what the actual deal or small print of the deal is. I honestly wish I never stepped foot in the doors and wish I never worked for the the third party company that I did. I feel so sorry for you at @jamiekay7049 that you end up having to deal with the mess of what these third party companies are creating.

You pretty much pay for the device due to the high bill price. So why not finance it from Apple themselves and not be locked in.

That's a lot of $ per month. No wonder they give you a phone.
