Creating that personal touch and getting to know your clients is exactly how I excelled in my last sales job! Contrary to how my upper management wanted me to be “pushy” it was that “I’m a human too” mindset that got me more referrals and repeat clients that helped me beat my monthly goals so you’re spot on with that.
Dude awesome video. I’ve been in roofing / construction sales for 4 years and just accepted a role as a medical sales account executive in the city I live in. I’m extremely excited for the opportunity to grow relationships. I love your approach on caring about people and working those relationships to grow your sales. Liked and subscribed for future tips and information!
Wow great advice, people need to stop and take a second to get out of their selfish minds and pick up on the minute things that bring value to others. It’s only going to help you in the long run.😊 Not to mention most people who get into MSL believe they’re only there for their product, and to build a relationship with only the doctor. It is way more than just being there with your product. Education/teaching/ be there partner, and respectful way also goes along way and I’m not talking about educating the doctors.
