Dortmund is a German city in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is known for the Signal Iduna Park (formerly Westfalenstadion), the home of Borussia Dortmund. In the nearby Westfalenpark there is the Florian Tower, which can be seen from afar, with its viewing platform. The illuminated Dortmunder U is located on the roof of the U-Tower. The former brewery building houses the exhibition rooms of the Ostwall Museum for modern art, among other things. The Rombergpark houses native trees and greenhouses with cacti and tropical plants
