Hello, nice video .. :) I am interested in purchasing two watches-one for myself and the other for my mother-to monitor our health stats. Is it possible to manage and view the data from both watches using a single app on my phone? I would like to ensure that I can easily differentiate between the two sets of data. Thank you!
Yes, with Huawei Band 9 you can manage and view data from both watches using a single app on your phone, the Huawei Health app. The app allows you to add multiple devices and clearly differentiate between the data sets
@@SecretMan299 Yes, you shouldn't have a problem using the Huawei Health app to manage data from different Huawei watch models, including the Band 9 and other watches. The app is designed to be compatible with a wide range of Huawei wearables
Can you help me? Why does my Huawei show me in the App that I burned 388kcal during my workout. But now 1h later after stretching, showering, eating, walking around in the house, etc. it shows I have only burned 351kcal? How can the calorie count go backwards? Or does it show the burnt calories for the workout seperatly and after you press END/STOPP for workout it starts counting the calories from new? Or is my watch broken? THANK YOU!!!
the Huawei Band 9, like most fitness trackers, tracks both total calories burned and calories burned during workouts. The 388kcal you saw initially might represent the total calories burned throughout the day, which includes what you burned during your workout and your basal metabolic rate (the calories your body burns at rest). After you entered your workout and finished, the watch might have separated the calories burned during exercise from your total burn. This would explain the lower number you see now. It's also possible there's a slight delay in how the Huawei Health app syncs with your watch. The additional calories burned from your post-workout activities (stretching, walking around) might not be reflected in the total just yet.
You are correct, the Huawei Band 9 does not have built-in GPS. this means it cannot independently track your location during outdoor workouts. however, the Band 9 can still track your outdoor workouts if it is connected to a smartphone that has GPS
Hi, thanks for you video, but just want to check how it should work with smartphone (when GPS is on), do I need to use the huawei health app to be accurate on the distance measure or can I just tap on band 9 without tapping in the app in smartphone but loc is still on?
@dyen3080 the Huawei Band 9 doesn't have its own GPS. It relies on your phone's GPS for accurate distance tracking. to use this feature, you'll need to have the Huawei Health app open on your phone and connected to the Band 9 via Bluetooth. You can then start a workout on the Band 9, and it will use your phone's location data to track your distance
Yes, Huawei Band 9 allows you to reply to messages with quick replies these are pre-written responses you can choose from to respond to incoming messages
0:50 what is this? What do you mean by certain version? I don't think there's a version of band 9 that has built in gps
Nope they don't, if you want GPS you need to go Fit (like Fit 3 or SE).
It wouldn't matter anyway. Unless Garmin or dual band GPS, every fitness tracker with GPS sucks.
What about overheating? A lot of complaints for overheating even for a few minutes under the sun...
Hey quick question, how to increase font size on the smart band? Thanks
Can this connect to a Redmi Phone?
is the battery life on the Huawei Band 9 REALLY as good as they say?
