The step count is displayed while running and there is interval training. Since it is gps enabled, so you can leave your phone at home and still see the route you took in the Huawei app. It publishes to Strava automatically. There's no music if you don't have your phone tho. The Band 9 is still a good fitness watch. If you're a runner might as well get the gps enabled watches. ☺️

It offers a good value for the money, but in comparison with other bands such as the Huawei band 4 pro it lacks of some functions that are very important for outdoor sports like and independent GPS chip. The rest of the things remain the same. While others like the sleep AND heart health tracking got improved.

I think the only two topics that You did not cover was that the stopwatch and timer can be running in second planes, and the workouts don't. And that the band has a feature that stop the raise to on the screen and vibration for notifications when it detects that yor are sleep.
Quantified has corrected his assessment of the Band 9: He says the watch looks better on his left wrist than on his right, which he previously said was based on his right wrist.
What is the difference between honor brand 9 versus Huawei band 9 . both are compatible own GPS & how accurate. Which one is better please let me know. I will purchase one🙏🙏🏿
Yes but by itself it wont track your routes. Although AND recently I have discovered that the band can transmit your heart rate data to other BT devices near by....so. It can behave as a third party heart rate monitor for an app like Strava
